GENERAL REGISTRATION

Registration for all students will take place at the:
The Catskill Central School District Office 
(Superintendent's Building)

from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

The SchoolTool Student Information System’s Parent Portal will allow you to see your student’s grades, interim reports, report cards, schedule, demographics, attendance and discipline records. Keep in contact with your student’s teachers, guidance counselors, and principals through quick and easy email links.

 

Alert Now Rapid Communication Service’s Access Portal puts our calls to you…in your hands. Through the Access Portal, you can now choose what phone numbers you want called for school events, snow closings and delays, early dismissals, reminders and general announcements.

The following documentation is required in order to enroll your child for school at Catskill Central School District:

 

Proof of Date of Birth (birth certificate or passport)
Proof of Residency (utility bill gas, oil, electric, telephone, cable, rental agreement/lease/receipt) Proof of Residency must be in parent/guardian name
Picture I.D. of the Parent/Guardian (drivers license)

 Immunization Record / Physician Health Form 

Public Health Law 2164 requires the following immunizations be received prior to the child being allowed to enter school:

  • 3 DPT
  • 3 Polio
  • 2 Measles
  • 1 Mumps
  • 1 Rubella
  • 3 Hepatitis
  • 1 Varicella
