Catskill Elementary School’s annual Science and Health Fair, held May 11th and May 12th at the school, was a huge success. The gym was packed with members of the community, parents, and students who came out to see over 60 student projects covering a variety of interesting health and science topics.
The projects, presented by well-informed 4th and 5th graders, included health topics such as “how sugar impacts the body” and “how blood circulates,” along with science topics like “how to make slime,” “extreme weather,” “what causes corrosion,” “egg science,” and more!
The Science and Health Fair was a success because of the creativity and hard work of all the students involved as well as the support of the teachers, parents, administrators, and the amazing custodial staff.
