Did you know that regular attendance in school affects students’ academic success? Students who attend school 90% of school days are more likely to earn passing grades and graduate from high school. This month, the CMS Attendance Committee recognized the efforts of students who work hard to be in school by giving gift cards to randomly chosen students in each grade level who improved their attendance, and to students who had perfect attendance.
