The fourth grade hosted an “Animal Museum” to show off the informational displays that students created as part of a research and writing project on animal adaptations and behaviors. Each student chose an animal that interested them to research and write a short book about. To go along with the books, the students were tasked with creating a project that highlighted what they had learned about their animals. Students chose to create posters, display boards, dioramas, mobiles, multimedia slide shows, videos, some even brought in live reptiles! Their teachers invited the students’ families and all the other grades at CES to visit the museum, which was set up in the cafeteria on February 15th. Here are just a few of the exciting displays the visitors got to enjoy!
