The week of October 22-26 Catskill Middle School is celebrating Red Ribbon Week. This is a time when the youth of the nation are encouraged to live a life that is drug-free. The student support team will be leading activities during lunch periods this week to provide information about drug and alcohol use prevention. Please partner with us and discuss this message at home, at the dinner table, at family outings, and with friends and extended family.
We will be hosting spirit days to spread the message! Students and staff are encouraged to dress up and have fun to bring awareness to this nation-wide effort:
Monday: Kick off Red Ribbon Week, wear red!
Tuesday: CMS students are too bright to use drugs! Wear your brightest colors.
Wednesday: Unite against bullying, wear orange.
Thursday: Wear your favorite sports jersey to show you will lead a healthy life style.
Friday: Cats can and will be drug free, wear Catskill colors.
Go CATS!
