Revised Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule–Pending Inclement Weather Conditions

Good evening CCSD Community:

This is a reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, November 15, 2018 is an early dismissal day for parent-teacher conferences. Our secondary students will be dismissed at 10:30am, while our elementary students will be dismissed at 11:30am. Due to the anticipation of inclement weather, parent teacher conferences will end at 3:00pm on Thursday, November 15, 2018.

If you had a scheduled afternoon/ evening conference after 3:00pm on Thursday, November 15, 2018, then it will be made up on the afternoon/ evening of Thursday, November 29, 2018. Thursday, November 29, 2018 will be a full day of school and the parent-teacher conferences that were scheduled on Thursday, November 15, 2018 will be held after school and into the evening on the 29th.

Friday, November 16, 2018 is also an early dismissal day for parent-teacher conferences. Our secondary students will be dismissed at 10:30am, while our elementary students will be dismissed at 11:30am. If school is cancelled due to inclement weather on Friday, November 16, 2018, then the make-up day for Friday’s conferences will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018. As a result, Friday, November 30, 2018 would be an early dismissal day for students.
