On May 21, 2019, Catskill Central School District voters approved the 2019-20 School Budget and elected Allan Couser, Patricia Dushane, Andrew Varone, and Ryan Osswald to the Board of Education.

Catskill Central School District 2019-20 Budget: Passed 468 yes to 240 no
Catskill Public Library Budget: Passed 516 yes to 195 no.
Elected to the Board of Education:
Allan Couser – 320 votes, will serve May 22, 2019-June 30, 2022
Patricia Dushane (write-in candidate) – 309 votes, will serve July 1, 2019- June 30, 2022
Andrew Varone (write-in candidate) – 168 votes, will serve July 1, 2019- June 30, 2022
Ryan Osswald (write-in candidate) – 117 votes, will serve May 22, 2019- June 30, 2020
Patricia Dushane (write-in candidate) – 309 votes, will serve July 1, 2019- June 30, 2022
Andrew Varone (write-in candidate) – 168 votes, will serve July 1, 2019- June 30, 2022

The three highest vote getters will serve three-year terms from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022. In addition, the highest vote getter will also fill the remainder of an unexpired vacant seat for a term running May 22, 2019 through June 30, 2019. The fourth highest vote getter will serve the remainder of an unexpired vacant seat for a term running May 22, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
