Cell Models

In 6th grade science, Ms. Lenahan’s students experimented with everything but the kitchen sink to create 3D models of plant and animal cells. Students conducted research on a cell’s structure and the functions of its organelles, and engaged their creative sides by using any materials they could find to build their cells. With teamwork and a lot of glue, they have demonstrated their understanding of these microscopic structures that make up every living thing!
