The Catskill Central School District has a very limited supply of student COVID test kits. The test kits will be distributed to parents from 4:30-7:00pm on Tuesday, January 4th and Wednesday, January 5, 2022. The Catskill Elementary School parent pick-up loop is the location where the kits will be distributed.
We kindly ask that parents drive down Scenic Drive to enter the parent pick-up loop. A staff member will greet the parent at the entrance to the loop. The parent will be provided with a writing instrument and a form to complete. The parent will proceed around the loop and complete the form. After completing the form, the parent will roll down his or her driver’s side window and provide the form to the staff member. The staff member will provide the kit / kits to the parent. After the parent receives the kit / kits, he or she will exit the Elementary school by making a left or right onto Embought Road. Each parent will receive one kit per child. Each kit contains two COVID tests and a set of directions to follow.
In closing, we kindly ask that parents remain in their car and follow the directions of staff and law enforcement. The form is included below in case you would like to complete it in advance.
