The Catskill Cats’ Daniel Forbes stood atop the podium this past weekend at the Section 2, Division II Wrestling Championships, held at the Cool Insuring Area in Glens Falls on February 12. The top-seeded, 160 pound junior took first place in his weight class, earning him the title of sectional champion and qualifying him to compete in the NYSPHSAA State Championships! The State meet takes place February 25-26 at the MVP Arena in Albany. We are so proud of Danny! Go Cats!
