Dr. Dan Wilson Appointed Interim Superintendent

At the December 14, 2022 Board of Education meeting, the Board accepted the resignation of Interim Superintendent Thomas Bongiovi effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Bongiovi has accepted a full time position as the District Superintendent of Orange-Ulster BOCES effective January 1, 2023.

At the same meeting, Dr. Dan Wilson was appointed as the new Interim Superintendent beginning January 1, 2023 through February 28, 2023, or until a new full time Superintendent is hired. During this time, Dr. Wilson will continue to serve in his current capacity as our Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel.

The Catskill Central School District thanks Mr. Bongiovi for his service to the District and wishes him the very best in his new position.
