The secondary physical education staff hosted our annual Adapted PE Hike for Catskill middle and high school students on September 27. It was a beautiful day for the students to get out of doors and enjoy local experiences at the North-South Lake wilderness area. 41 students and staff enjoyed viewing the Kaaterskill Falls, hiking to the former Catskill Mountain House site, picnicking by North Lake, and breathing the fresh air. The group had a great time during this annual experience and came away from it with a new appreciation for our area’s abundant natural resources.
