Students Take Steps to Bring Mental Health Out of the Darkness

Catskill High School hosted its third Out of the Darkness Campus Walk on October 22 in conjunction with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Students and staff could attend the event during their lunch periods to help create a culture that is more aware about mental health and give people the courage to open up about their own connections to the cause. It’s important to be there for one another and take steps to protect our mental health and prevent suicide. Thank you to everyone who has supported this important cause.
