December 11 was the culmination of our 2nd Grade Recycling Club. The kids each made a Minion to take home and then finished up by making holiday cards for residents of local nursing homes. The kids were very excited about the Minions and equally excited to learn who the cards were going to and how important it was to think of the residents during the holidays. Club advisors Ms. Erceg and Mrs. Mahoney are very proud of all the hard work the students put in to learning about recycling and protecting our planet.
