Junior Elianna Payette-Bate and freshman Lainey Dunn will represent Catskill at the Columbia-Greene Community College Juried High School 2026 Art Show. The exhibit runs from February 5 through 27 in the Foundation Gallery in C-GCC’s Arts Center building.
Students from around the region were selected to have their artwork on display. With only two spots per high school available and so many talented students at Catskill High School to choose from, it is always a difficult task to make these selections. This year, a zentangle ink drawing by Elianna and a leaf sculpture by Lainey are our art department’s picks.
Join us for the show’s opening reception on Thursday, February 5 from 4-6 p.m. with an awards ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Come see the student artwork and enjoy some snacks in the company of up-and-coming young artists in our area.
