It may be summer, but our sixth grade teaching team has been back at school for professional development on the Benchmark Reading Program, which we are rolling out in sixth grade this school year. Catskill Elementary School rolled out Benchmark last school year and, with it now at Catskill Middle School, students in pre-k through 6th grade will be benefiting from this powerful literacy instruction curriculum.
