The Middle School Art Club, Cat Crew, took a trip to the Catskill Public Library on June 18 to see their incredible painted cat proudly on display! With sponsorship from the library and a warm welcome from Youth Services Librarian Emily McCabe, students enjoyed celebrating the completion of their collaborative art project for the annual Cat’n Around Catskill display. Titled Seasons, the cat features imagery inspired by all four seasons experienced here in Catskill, showcasing the creativity and hard work of our student artists. The cat will be displayed in front of the library throughout the summer, so be sure to stop by and take a look at this colorful community art project!
