Catskill’s Yellow Ribbon Teen Suicide Prevention Team  hosted its fourth Out of the Darkness Campus Walk at CHS on October 29 in collaboration with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFCP). AFCP promotes these walks around the country to create an awareness culture around mental health and give people the courage to open up about their own connections to the cause. Yellow Ribbon invited all CHS students and staff to attend, as well as any district staff member because it is important to be there for one another and take steps to protect our mental health and prevent suicide.
