Catskill High School’s varsity softball and varsity girls outdoor track & field teams have earned the title of Scholar-Athlete Team for the 2026 spring sports season! The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) awarded each team a certificate recognizing their academic and athletic achievements. In order to qualify as a scholar-athlete team, the team must play at the varsity level and hold a collective grade point average of 90 or better among at least 75 percent of the athletes on the roster. Any varsity athlete who held a GPA of 90 or higher will also receive a scholar athlete pin from the NYSPHSAA. Go Cats!
