CHS Students Featured in NYSATA Legislative Art Exhibit

Catskill senior Auna Bland and junior Liliana Seeley have the honor of their art being featured in the 32nd Annual New York State Art Teachers Association (NYSATA) Legislative Art Exhibit. This exhibit showcases some of the best examples of student artwork from across New York State.

Every year NYSATA asks its members to choose works of art from two students they teach to be included in the exhibit. Catskill High School art teacher Wendy Doney, who selected Auna and Liliana for the show, stated, “Their work and dedication to their art over the past years has been phenomenal! From Studio Art to Drawing and Painting, Fashion Illustration, to Graphic Design and Sculpture, these students have excelled!”

This year the forum is digital due to the pandemic. Please enjoy the virtual exhibit at www.nysata.org/legislative-exhibit.

We are proud of Auna and Liliana  – Cats Can and Cats Will!
