Catskill Elementary School held a career exploration day on April 13th for our fourth and fifth grade students. Lots of community members visited our school to talk to students about their jobs. Our career guests included meteorologists Heather Morrison from Spectrum News and Christina Ernie from WTEN (who brought along WTEN’s storm-chaser vehicle), NY National Guard soldiers, police, as well as a prevention counselor, social worker, veterinary tech, athletic coach, musician, chef, school superintendent, project manager, umpire, and personal trainer.
