Catskill High School students Erik Kirch and Alyciana Salter, and teacher Kelly Marino were honored at the YMCA’s 2023-24 Outstanding Student and Educator Awards Breakfast held the morning of April 24 at Pegasus Restaurant in Coxsackie. One educator and two students were chosen from Catskill, Cairo-Durham, Coxsackie-Athens, and Greenville schools by a panel of YMCA representatives. This is the second year of this program and we are proud to be a part of this endeavor that showcases the great work of our students and staff.
Our District congratulates Erik and Alyciana on being recognized for the outstanding time and effort they have put in to make our school a better place, and Mrs. Marino for her outstanding efforts to provide our students with real-life experiences in her Career and Technical Education courses. Cats can and Cats will!
