Three of Catskill’s varsity teams made the grade as scholar-athlete teams for the spring 2024 season. Our boys track & field, girls track & field, and softball teams each received a certificate from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) recognizing their academic achievements made while playing a sport at the varsity level. In order to qualify as a scholar-athlete team, the team must hold a collective grade point average of 90 or better among at least 75 percent of the athletes on the roster. Cats can and Cats will!
