Catskill Salutes Our Veterans
Catskill Central School District honored our American heroes with ceremonies at CHS and CES on November 9th, which local veterans and their family members were invited to attend.
Catskill Students Perform @ All-County
Catskill CSD had 27 students participate in the Fall Greene County Music Educators Association (GCMEA) All-County Festival held November 1st and 3rd at Cairo-Durham CSD.
CHS Teacher’s Art Featured in Gallery Exhibition
Catskill High School’s very own art teacher Wendy Doney is one of the featured artists in Petit, a group exhibition of smaller sized art, on exhibit November 4-December 4 at Emerge Gallery in Saugerties. The opening reception is Saturday, November 4, from 5-8pm. CHS AP Art students will be visiting the gallery as a part of their class!
Catskill Educator Named NYS Master Teacher
Catskill High School chemistry and physics teacher Stefanie Loomis has been named a New York State Master Teacher. On October 18, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the selection of Loomis and 213 other teachers from around the state for the New York State Master Teacher Program,
