Our 5th graders celebrated their last day of elementary school on June 21 with a Moving Up Day Ceremony held at Catskill Elementary School. An audience of hundreds of family members and school staff turned out to cheer the students on as they walked across the stage to accept their Moving Up certificates. The ceremony also included opening remarks from Superintendent of Schools Dr. Cook, a presentation of awards, the 5th Grade Chorus singing “I Am a Small Part of the World,” and all the 5th graders singing “It’s Been A Good Year!” Congratulations to all our students who are now headed off to new adventures at Catskill Middle School!
