The 2024 Legislative Student Art Exhibit, celebrating Youth Art Month, is available to view online. The show features artwork from two students from each high school across the state. Catskill’s Gavin Hendricks, a sophomore, and Madison Jones, a senior, both have created pencil shaded drawings that were selected to be in this year’s show. As only two student artworks can be picked, this is quite an honor! This is the 34th year that the New York State Art Teachers Association has put on this show, originally in person, and now in a digital format that makes it more accessible for all to view.
