As part of Catskill Central School District’s long-term strategic planning process, the District invited consultants from the REACH Program to assist us with conducting a comprehensive review of our schools, with a special focus on academics, school culture, climate, and safety. Together with our administrators, REACH specialists spent several days observing classrooms, instructional and school structures, and led focus group discussions with students and staff in each of our buildings. Along with upcoming forums for parents, staff, students and community stakeholders, this review will serve as a diagnostic tool to inform our long range strategic planning process and improve our schools.
