The Board of Education honored community member Chris Quinn for his years of service to the Catskill Central School District. Mr. Quinn recently retired from the NY State Police and served as Catskill’s D.A.R.E officer for 23 years, teaching both 3rd and 5th graders about good decision making and the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
